Manufacturing Process
Cross wire welding by resistance (electricity), two types of processes:
- Welding-Direct from coils (for large series, standard, and integrated rectifier welder)
- Welding rods, previously fitted up (for small and medium series, on request)
Finish:
- Folding
- Removal of the plugs
- Re-welde weld (double wiring)
- Welding of accessories with a welding robot
- Shearing
Packing:
- Use wooden pallets, Slots
- Strips (strips of metal or plastic)
- Retractable plastic hood
- Plastic Film (packaging)
Subcontracting:
Some panels are coated with zinc, hot dip galvanized and / or plastic prior to shipment.
